Cancellations and Payments policies for group & agencies

 
Cancellations policy:

• For cancellations 60 days prior to arrival will be charged only 20 % of the total reservation amount.
• For cancellations between 59-17 days prior to arrival will be charged 50 % of the total reservation amount.
• For cancellations between 15-1 days prior to arrival will be charged 100 % of the total reservation amount.
• No-shows, will be charged 100 % of the total reservation amount.

Payments policy:

• 20% of the total reservation amount, have to be paid at the moment of the confirmation of the reservation.
• 30% of the total reservation amount, have to be paid 60 days before the arrival date.
• 50% of the total reservation amount, have to be paid 16 days before the arrival date.
